The infrared sauna belongs exclusively to your apartment. You will find brief instructions on site. It heats up in just a few minutes and you can use it anytime.
Of course. Business travellers receive a proper invoice for their accounting, with company address on request.
With a direct booking, you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For later cancellations, 80 % of the booking price is due. Tip: instead of cancelling, you can also move your stay free of charge.
Yes. Direct bookers can move their stay to another date free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability. The originally agreed rate remains, given the same length of stay and unit type. One free rebooking is possible per booking. Only for exceptional peak periods such as Christmas or New Year may a rate adjustment be required.
The total amount is due 14 days before arrival. For short-notice bookings within 14 days, payment is due directly at booking. Payment is processed securely via our booking system.
